Biography: Angus was a shepherd. His mother was a sister of Finlay MacLeod (Fionnlagh Chròlaig); both of his parents were of Harris extraction. Angus worked as a shepherd in Coire Dhomhainn, near Camuslinie; he then moved to Glenelg and lived in the house in which Gavin Maxwell subsequently lived. When Maxwell died, he ordered that the house should be demolished. He was also a shepherd in Lochailort. Angus and his wife Liza retired to Arisaig.
