Biography: The Register of interments (Highland Council) records her age when she died as 65. She was the daughter of Murdo MacNair, Ardubh . She had a brother Roderick (Ruairidh Mhurchaidh) and a sister Bell Gordon (mother of Colin Gordon, Toscaig). They were a very musical family, and related to MacKay, the piper to Queen Victoria. She was a first cousin of Donald MacNair (Dòmhnall Choinnich).
