Biography: Donald Kenneth Cameron was born and raised in Ardubh and after attending school in Applecross and Plockton, became a fisherman. He bought the Isa Wood with his father John in 1926. After a spell in the Merchant Marine during World War II, he and his brother Alick bought the Isa in 1947. He had four sons and two daughters.
