Biography: The Highland Council’s Register of Interments gives his age when he died as 74, as opposed to 76 which is on the gravestone. In that source, under the column headed ”Charge”, a chagre of 10 shillings was entered. He was known as Seoanidh Raraidh; his daughter was an actress. She was called something like Mary Marjory. According to the late Roddy MacRae, Milltown, Seonaidh Rarridh died in Shore Street.
