Biography: Information from Highland Council’s Register of Interments, which commenced in 1927. When she died, the lair was owned by her sister Janet MacLeay of Culduie. A note under a column headed ‘Remarks’ in this source states that a charge was made of 10 shillings regarding this burial. She lived at one time, when Rhoda MacNair was going to school in the late 1910s/early 1920s, in the building that is now a barn above the houses on Camusterrach Pier.
