When she died, according to the Highland Council’s Register of Interments, she was resident in Plockton (so, too, was her son, Duncan, the owner of the lair in which she was buried), and the ‘Remarks’ column states that she “Died in Lochalsh.” May and her family lived in Cooper Street.
